Stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse, expected clean and operational appliances. Cabinets and counters wiped down but just smeared surfaces, stove not working, had to figure out how to reset stove, bidet not working, reported to front counter, didn’t fix or visit the room to repair, stayed 7 days. Didn’t clean room or dump garbage, when inquired was told clean every 7 days or if requested by going to front counter.

Large 2 bed apartment, great views in Incheon for an overnight stay before our cruise. Comfortable beds. Washing machine was a bonus. Will note the bathroom towels are only hand towel size! Walking distance to train and nice to walk around town. Lots of food options close by & convenience stores at the bottom of the building. Would stay again.

Staff was helpless with me! I arrived earlier and they didnt tell me how can i store my luggage. They just pointed out a place and let me do it by myself. I dont speak korean so i didnt know where to store my luggage as it wasnt in english as far as i remember. i had to take it with me, outside the building which made me have a bad experience

Great room. Clean and comfortable. Tough to find check in area. Room said penthouse with ocean view. It was on the 16th floor out of 32 floors and the ocean view was a small sliver of a view from a long distance away. This was misleading information.

2nd time here. We had the corner family suite this time in building A2206. This property had an automated machine this time for check ins. There is also a receptionist there as well. Many windows in our corner family suite of 2 bedrooms…. Too dirty to enjoy any of the views 👎 Tips: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. If driving park in the parking garage downstairs then give the machine/receptionist your license plate number. Otherwise you will be charged a fee to park Not much places to eat or visit around there. I see LOTS of delivery scooters delivering to the units. Most likely pizza/jajameon/fried chicken deliveries I’m assuming
