Sliding door to balcony was very hard to open & close. Had to ask for ice bucket and location to ice machines. No instructions in the room for how to work TV or anything else in room or on property. Enjoyed our stay and the beach.

Stay was wonderful!! It was a mothers day getaway. The only thing i would recommend for this hotel is for them to uograde the pull out couch as i am light and I sunk in the middle. Pull out couch is not comfortable. Amenities are great Staff is wonderful. Would stay here again

Excellent service, great location, friendly staff & one of the best places I stayed around Palm Bay, Melbourne areas. I visit central Florida 3 times a year and This is the first time I chose Double Tree Hilton. If you are in central Florida, don’t look beyond this Double Tree Hilton property. Great place to spend few days on business or pleasure. They didn’t charge for parking like most other hotels do. Nice ocean view rooms.

Better than first glance!

It was quite deceiving entering the room but once inside and opened the shades, priceless. The breakfast buffet was a little suspect the first morning, our omelette were incorrectly made but the second morning was perfect.
