Beachside Gem
I stay here for staycations from time to time. It’s just the most adorable, clean, and comfortable old-style motel. Its location right on the beach is a huge plus as well. The staff is kind and friendly and welcoming and the price is very reasonable. I’m so glad to have found this local beachside gem.

Right on the sand. Old style Florida property that looks like it belongs in the Florida of 50 years ago. Despite the age, the property is very comfortable and the staff is super attentive.

We loved staying at this place. The people were very friendly. it had a 50s vibe without an old smell lol. If you are into relaxing and don't have to have a big condo in the sky, this is a place for you. easy access to the beach we've seen rabbits squirrels and turtles around the place

We always try to stay at this hotel whenever we're in the area. It's a small family owned hotel on the beach. The unit we had this time was a one bedroom that had a queen and a twin bed in it with a fold-out couch in the living room. It also had a full kitchen and small dining room. We were three adults and 2 pre-teens. Love this place.

I had been to the Cocoa Beach area a few years ago and saw the cute motels mixed in with the high rises. The retro motels seemed to have so much more character. I knew I’d be in the area again so I googled retro motel. The reviews were fantastic on this one, so I took a chance. Cute, clean, right on the beach with a great price. I couldn’t ask for more. It’s was great.

This spot is a gem! I booked it for my guy's birthday because I like to find places for us to stay that are not the usual hotel experience. The reviews that I read gave me the idea that this was just the place for us...and it was!!! The property is just perfect. Our room was clean, with everything we needed. And the view! We watched the sunrise from the bed!! There was nothing about this visit that was not absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back and tell everyone we know about this perfect little spot

Need beach time? This is the place!
I used this hotel to extend my Florida business trip a couple days after it ended in Orlando to get in some beach time. Was not disappointed as this place was only steps from room to beach. Made it easy for me to setup on beach for day of relaxing and still be able to come back to room as needed. This place was built in the 1960s and showed age in spots but well taken care of and just what I needed to make most of my time!

Best Place on the Beach
Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean, kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans, beds were comfortable and when we walked in the whole apartment smelled so clean and fresh! Just a few steps from the beach, lots of chairs and a hammock to relax in while listening to the ocean waves. No need to bring any thing for the beach either. They have folding chairs, body boards, towels and even a cannot you can borrow. Outside shower to clean off the sand before returning to your room. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was perfect!
