I had to let the hot water in the sink run for one hour and still only got luke warm water. I was too afraid to take a shower! The TV channels did not get local stations only if you connect ROKU after a $20.00 cash only deposit. The TV still did not work, ROKU kept reloading every two to three minutes. I waited one hour and went to the front desk to ask for the removal of ROKU and the return of my $20.00. The Evergreen Garden Club had their Christmas craft show in the Courtyard which had NO heat. Everyone wore their coats for 8 hours. The temp outside was 27 degrees that day. I paid for breakfast and was told I could not take my food to my room! There was NO heat in the Courtyard and it was 27 degrees outside. What?! This hotel is not worth the money for all of the inconveniences.

Kim was awesome at the fusion bar. Rooms were great except the hot water took very long to get hot. Rm 234. Comforter( on bed ) in 232 could use replacing it has a nasty stain. Disappointed could not get KDKA to watch a Sporting event. Jill explain there was a contract conflict. Price & location was great, over all we had a great stay, will use and recommend again!

There was no hot water. I was in the area for same day surgery. Discharged late. Really would have been nice to get a hott shower. Left water run awhile. Only got to lukewarm. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel showed it's age but not a big deal to us.

Comfortable very good price and the staff is unbelievable. They are the nicest people. It's like staying with lifelong friends and family. Couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to run that place and just because of them I would go back there many many times they they're very clean. The place is nice. It is as little older and in a little rundown on some aspects but nothing you can't live with due to everything else. That is definitely a bonus and very good

I checked in on line. Was told i just need to go in and pick up my key. It literally took almost 5 to 10 minutes to check me in. Plus I prepaid for a suite then told I couldn't have the suite because I had a dog. But I called and was told I could bring my dog. The lady did get me a king room which was appreciated but it was very dated and dusty. I literally had a 4 inch bar for two people to hang their clothes. Turned the water on in the sink and it was a rust color for about 10-15 seconds. The gentleman who checked me in gave me absolutley no direction, not too mention I prepaid and then he charged me again for my stay. Luckily I caught it and the nice lady fixed it for me. I was very disappointed calling ahead to be sure I could have the suite and my dog could come to find out that no dogs allowed in the suites. Overall my experience was not a good one.

Our room was on the inside of the circle of rooms around a large atrium. They had a band in the bar at the edge of the atrium which we could hear when we were trying to sleep. Also there were people talking in the atrium at 4:00 in the morning that were very loud. The check-in lady, Jill, was very friendly and helpful.

Affordable stay- nice rooms
I would clearly state what the breakfast availability is. Also, loading luggage to room is difficult due to steps. Give a map with directions.
