The hotel receptionist broke into the room. Along with the cleaning lady/ janitor. The receptionist was a black woman and the cleaning lady was a shorter petite woman with glasses. On arrival I was gave the wrong the room and eventually got stuck in the room I was in since the door was broken. The receptionist had to kick it in. When they came in to my room in the morning I were literally undressed and just got out of the shower. I do not recommend this place to anyone since they are rude staff members along with kids running around playing ding dong ditch. After complaining about this, there was another knock on the door. The hallway was filthy and smelled like animals. I paid extra for a suite and did not recieve it, on arrival the receptionist told me it was sold out and still made me pay an extra fee.

I needed a place with room to park my truck and trailer, in a safe area. This property was perfect on both of those counts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again, when in Indianapolis.

Came in during an issue they were having with there alarm system. The fire department and everything was there and the lady at the desk still managed to take care of the fire department and get me registered. She definitely made my visit a lot better.

Had a beautiful room that has so much potential. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We were in town for a family medical emergency. We were exhausted first night was okay, second grown ups in the pool area from 2 am to 5 am screaming and music playing. I tried to call the front desk several times ni answer. I complained at checkout the next day which we had to yravel back. Over all it wad nice but the ppl as guest not so much there wassome police activity and just overal disregard for this beautiful property. The rooms could use update, but I see ehy they havent. We would stay again but not id we had to travel on a Sunday.

I liked it because it was private, but still convenient to get an uber. We were going to a concert at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse and it was a short drive with an uber. What I didn't like was that there was a disturbance in the hallway outside our room. It sounded like a fight. We were going to call the front desk, but they had left. There were no more altercations the rest of the night.
