Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up to check us in at about 5pm on a Friday. I tried to tell her we would only be staying 1 night instead of 2 and she didn't understand because our reservation was for 2. I quit trying. The elevator was barely big enough for my husband and I and our small bag and suitcase. A family would have to make 2 trips. There were at least a few families living there. One family member, a female tween, was sleeping on the lobby couch when we came back from dinner. The bed was the best part of our stay. VERY comfortable. Room was small, could use some updates in the bathroom, including fixtures and repairs. It was a good deal but not a great deal. Doubt I'll stay at another Baymont ever again, even if there is a great deal.

Only good thing was friendly staff. The place smelled like a chlorine and bleach factory. There’s no reason to subject people to those fumes. Other guests commented on it when I spoke to them too. Wish I had stayed elsewhere

Ceiling in room 227 in the bathroom drips water over the toilet...not the best thing to feel on your back while trying to use the rest room. Stepping outside the bathroom theres a hole in the floor that is a trip hazard. Other than that it was good.

Front Desk staff was great! The room we were in was in desperate need of repair and/or renovation. Drywall in shower area looked hideous. The flooring in the bathroom needs replacing. I wasn’t sure if I was going to fall through the floor or if the floor tiles were going to pinch the skin of the bottom of my feet. We slept for about 6 hours and were happy to leave. We won’t be back.

Everything was fine. Some our the craftsmenship in the bathroom (poorly done repairs/installation and bad caulking) was bad, which makes me believe that their maintenance crew is not the greatest.

The breakfast food was not kept hot. Sausages and eggs were just barely warm. We stayed 3 nights and never had new towels/wash cloths. Two of our three days there, our key cards did not work. Had to go to the desk for keys that worked
