Wasn’t the best condition, woke up the second day with no water and it was off for a couple of hours, the air conditioning went out and was blowing out hot heat and would not turn off

This was a lovely room except in the sleeping area there was a cold draft coming from the windows and the heat in the room could not overcome it. We were very cold all night. The heat in the sitting area was perfect.

Our 2nd stay here. Older hotel, but nice. The wood trim inside adds character. The room and bath were clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom plaster needs a little work. A brewery with restaurant you can walk to next door. Close & convenient to Indy airport with a shuttle. Will stay again.

Great start to our vacation.
We stay here any time we have an early flight out of Indy. It could use some updating, but overall, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious and it's very convenient with the airport shuttle and parking while you're gone (up to 14 days). We'll be back again and again.

The front desk lady was wondering, got us all checked in before we got in town. My only concern is allowing kids to run up and down the hallways all the time. Also the pool area needs more attention, WAY too much chlorine and no one pays attention to kids or what is going on. I could hear the kids yelling in my room ( I was on 3rd floor) The rooms needs to be better cleaned both vents on the ceilings had black dirt coming from them, also our room being a Deluxe Suite, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, Executive Level needs to be nicer …
