Carpet in room was very dirty. Musty wet smell in entire facility. My opionion is just dont stay here. We checked out after one night out of the three we booked. We were only refunded one night. Also please read the reviews and if you have children i would not even consider this hotel.

NIce, clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast area was well stocked, neat and clean. There are several fast food resturants nearby. Hotel is back off the road in a quiet area. Pretty area of the state.

The overall effect of the hotel was worn and ragged the room smelled of moldy carpet and age. The mattress was uncomfortable. And the staff while friendly were still unenthusiastic and just didn’t want to be bothered

Sitting on the side of the bed and see a rat run across the floor. Thought no, it can’t be! But then it ran back across the floor! Told front desk and they already had received complaints about it. Payed over $100 for the room and the hotel is infested with rats!!!

Property is very well maintained and staff is friendly. Bed was worn and not super comfortable and a good hour from Indianapolis with traffic. I didn't realize Martinsville was in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast served daily, which was convenient.

OK but several things made it less than truly good. Beds were quite noisy (likely because were on wood platforms which creaked?) Hot breakfast food on Saturday (eggs, potatoes) tasted pretty un-food-like. There was variety tho so waffles, cereal, etc. were better options. On the plus side, the hotel was quiet, room was roomy and reasonably clean. The room seemed not to have been painted in quite some time, was in a dark-ish taupe that felt old I guess.

Break was open until 9:30, according to the sign. When my family and I arrived at the breakfast area, there was no food. Nothing has been refilled. This was very disappointing. As we were leaving our room, the housekeeper was lovely and told us to next time tell the front desk. I agree, but should someone be responsible for upkeeping the breakfast?
