The staff was very nice and courteous, clean room and bathroom. Just a regular old hotel. There was construction going on on the roof that was so loud, even on the first floor. I can't imagine what the people staying on the second floor were hearing.

We never found an elevator so we carried our bags up and down stairs. I'm not sure there is an elevator, so that may be a consideration for people with limited mobility. We were woken early in the morning on a Saturday by what sounded like horses above our heads. They were working on the roof. Staff said they weren't expecting that and apologized, but it was a rather rude awakening.

There was no water when we arrived due to a broken pipe. It was back in within an hour. The hotel is in terrible shape. Hole in bathroom door, bathroom fixtures scratched, etc. It really needs updating. The tub has a ring around it- needed a good scrub and the sink took forever to drain. The manager was very nice. We just needed a place to sleep and shower in the morning so it worked. Hotel needs to spend some money updating facilities.

Overall good experience. Staff very nice and responsive. Bed was very nice and comfortable. The only thing is it's an older hotel so you have that kinda wet or humid experience from the AC. Nothing that will ruin your stay! Would stay again if in the area.

It was close to the freeway. I did not like the smell anytime entering the room but after a few minutes got used to the smell. I don’t know if it was because of AC or something else.

Overall good place and rooms are clean. Could use an interior update on hallways and lobby. Pricey as I had to stay here due to IU Bloomington being overpriced due to football games. Housekeeping pounded on my door at 8am Saturday so that was a little too much.

This stay was quite good with the friendly staff and facilities. What I didn't like that Expedia charged me DOUBLE what the going rate at the hotel was, and tried convincing me that there were minimal rooms left urging me to sign up quickly.

Carpet in room was very dirty. Musty wet smell in entire facility. My opionion is just dont stay here. We checked out after one night out of the three we booked. We were only refunded one night. Also please read the reviews and if you have children i would not even consider this hotel.
