Pros:Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast foods and drinks. Cons: Dirty Q tip was in the hallway in front of my door. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. WiFi was horrible! You would lose signal every 30 seconds or so. No ice machine on the 4th floor.

I checked into the hotel around 1:20 am on 8/19/2025, and while the staff were very friendly, I was surprised by how my request for a late check-out was handled. When I asked if I could check out later, I wasn’t given the chance to fully explain my situation. My request was immediately declined without consideration. Given that I checked in so late at night and was extremely tired, I had hoped to rest a bit longer—at least until 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, I was required to check out by 11:00 am, which felt unreasonable under the circumstances.

The hotel was not at the address on the web site and the phone number from the website and Expedia did no work and showed on caller ID as a Best Western. I had to pay for a room at another hotel.

We stayed on the third floor. The hall carpet was soiled in a number of areas. Room was fine, except the sink area of the floor felt sticky. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10:00, but at 9:40 there was no eggs nor pancake mix. They seemed short staffed.
