The staff was excellent and there is a free shuttle to get downtown Indianapolis! Pro tip-don't call to schedule the shuttle, just talk to the employees at the front desk...the phone number goes to a national call center so you won't get accurate information! The property was clean, but not in great shape. There is a tiny convenience store at the front of the hotel, but it doesn't offer much so bring your own food/snacks. Overall we were comfortable.

This property was conveniently located and there was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Only down side was the lack of elevators. There was only 2 very small elevators for that huge building. Only 5-6 people could fit at one time, and while we were there, one elevator was closed for repairs. We loved our room though!

Great hotel!

The hotel was very large! Very clean! We plan on booking for next years Indy 500 as soon as we can. Only downaide was tbe elevator but I understand they are working on the hotel so it wasn’t a make or break for us.

I was in Indy for a Rugby tournament. I am a very anxious person when it comes to hotels but I felt a lot better the minute I stepped into the room. It was very clean and had no bad odors or anything. Unfortunately, I needed to stay an extra night but was unable to extend my stay due to the hotel being sold out! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Indianapolis.
