Suite was clean and spacious. Apparently the hotel was having some renovation work done so only one of the two elevators was operational and it was SLOW. Front desk originally put us on the 8th floor but after waiting almost 5 minutes for the elevator, I requested a room on a lower floor. Ended up being on the 1st floor, which was perfect. Ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working so kept having to go down to the basement to access the only ice maker in the building. Location was very convenient to downtown and parking was free.

There were no extra pillows or blankets, and there was a big bug in the shower, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay and suited our purpose. However, there is nothing close by for shopping like for breakfast items or snack snacks

Property was ok, had a weird smell. Only one elevator worked, gym was mostly broken and in a dingy basement. Parking was really rough. Overall the room was good, ac didn’t work well. The staff is the real problem, night desk clerk was just not nice or pleasant. When I had an issue she told me to get over it. When I tried to address in the morning with the manager I was ignored. Get new staff, finish your renovation, fix your elevators and you will have a nice hotel.

Clean...ok stay for 1 night
Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Rooms had kitchenettes, so if i had to stay for an extended period of time, it would be a good option. I experienced some staff that were friendly and helpful, but others were very unprofessional. The property is dated. The surface stuff was renovated not terribly long ago, but the HVAC is very old and not great at this time of year that gets warm in the day and cool at night.
