The property was satisfactory enough but the real star at this location was their staff. Every single person was an absolute joy and very helpful! I don’t think I’ve been able to say that anywhere, even some of the higher end places I’ve been.

Front desk employee was at the desk and at the computer if the desk. My husband went in I was lagging behind. So the employee was working away at his computer and I was thinking he had already greeted my husband and was getting us registered (again, I was lagging behind so that is why I thought this). I stood with my husband another three or four minutes and the employee finally looked up at us and asked if he could help us. I would think most employees would say hello or welcome and I will be right with you. I thought this was crazy that he couldn’t acknowledge us. As the check in process moved along he didn’t get any friendlier. The rest of the hotel was good no complaints.

First time staying at this hotel.

Our stay was really good. Room was clean and beds were comfy. This was my first time staying and I did have to ask for fresh towels and rags daily and I wasn't sure how to go about having the room cleaned each day I stayed because it was explained to me at check-in. The staff was always very friendly though and made sure to accommodate me in any way I asked.

The kitchen was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom was gross. The shower pressure was awful, and the tub hardly drained. The shower had mold in it and was gross.

Small rooms and small beds. Coffee pot looked like it had leftover coffee in it. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Heater super loud. Over all not the best stay.
