Alarms Blaring , No Water

We booked he stay due to not having water at home , we thought it would be a nice staycation with out family. The pool was closed the entire stay . We were awaken at 4am to the fire alarms blaring for several minutes. This happened again at 8:30 am for another 8 minutes or so. when I walked down the starwells there was running water pooling the walls , floors and falling from the ceiling. when I went to the desks and asked about the noise, the front desk associate said "oh you all will be fine , we have to turn the water off for a few hours also " The entire demeanor was very matter of fact and again we stayed here due to not having water so it was frustrating to be handled that way.

I arrived late and the night auditor greeted me when I got there. Very friendly, made it easy to find my room and made sure I knew all the available amenities as I headed in. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

I selected this location for the pool and hot tub, after being at a tournament all day- to find it’s not in service. The clerk said there is a $100 incidental fee, which he was waiving. The TV is not working in the living room. It’s new but not set up- apparently no one can set it up. We drove 3 hours to this tournament, the day has been long. I am disappointed

Some areas appeared run down; AC wasn’t strong enough to cut the humidity from the weather so hallways felt steamy upon entering. Pool and spa were closed for our stay which was a primary reason we chose this hotel. Baseboards were taken off in some areas, not patched or repainted.
