We reserved a handicap accessible room and was given a different room which was much smaller and not handicap accessible at all. False fire alarm in the night (alarm pulled by a child). No communication from the hotel at all about this. Poop and hot tub were out of service and wasn’t told this at reservation time.

Staff was super friendly and great. The lady that checked me in was funny and super helpful. The overall stay was awful. My room smelled so bad. I had to do buy Febreze and Lysol. The pool and spa were closed which is why I booked by stay here. I could’ve booked at a nicer hotel for cheaper but chose here because of the hot tub. I didn’t even get to use it.

I arrived at the hotel and was told they were completely booked and had no room for me. They claimed to have tried to contact me phone, but I received no call. Hotels.com had already charged me, but thankfully, I got a refund. I will never stay at a Candlewood Suites again. Horrible experience.
