Room had consistent heavy chemical smell from their cleaning solution. Was informed used Fabulosa- gagged both myself & wife and could not air out the room. Stall was VERY loud - shouting when talking to each other- tried napping mid day but with their vocal loudness and slamming of doors, rest never happened. Other than those 2 things, stay was OK

For one inexpensive overnight stay it’s OK.

My stay was OK. The sheets were old and stained. The towels are dingy and dirty. The ironing board would not close. The microwave was smoking and did not have a plate in it. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice. The room was a bit dusty.

They refused to allow me to stay at the hotel because they do not allow pets! when I went to check in! They stated they do not allow pets! Per the information on your website regarding the hotel it clearly states that pets are $25 a day! With that said you need to refund me the hotel stay! I did not stay there! I would not could not check in. They refused to allow me to check in because they said they don’t allow Pets and the manager apparently contacted your company several times to have that information taken off so Expedia failed miserably! Please respond back ASAP!

Convenient location. BUT if you are sensitive to street noise ask for a room in the BACK! Went out to my car at 9AM & was locked out of my room when I returned. When I shared my concern with the front desk all he could tell me was that "no one has control over that" REALLY?! someONE has to set the computer right? Breakfast is served until 9:30 and check out is 11AM, why would "the system" be set to be locked out at 9AM??? Side note: found a pubic hair in the shower at arrival, Ewwwww & also a toilet paper roll stained with I don't know what! Double Ewwwwww!!!
