Showed up and my 2 king room reservation was changed to 1 double queen room by the staff of the motel . He said I booked with Expedia and clearly I had booked with hotels.com . I showed him the confirmation numbers with both rooms and he said sorry don’t know what to tell you after admitting they changed my reservation. Then proceeded to lie that there were no other rooms available which I had my employee call from parking lot and had playoff availability. This place needs to train employees and deck help was extremely smart ass . I own and operate a 58 room hotel myself and know how the game is played on the room availability on a Friday night with a convention in town. I would fire any of the for the way this was handled and the desk clerk needs to learn customer service and how the be an honest person. Hotel business is terrible to be a paid having to deal with lazy substandard employees that have the easiest job in existence. Sitting there and typing a few things in the computer when someone walks In the door and answers the phone . #hotelssuck #hotelowner

Terrible don’t waste your money on this motel
Checking in Clerk behind the Counter was just about as rude as she could be 2pm on Saturday ( Black Lady late 30’s ) she wouldn’t have a job if she worked for me being that rude to customers and requested bottom floor room when booked and was given a top floor room the five people in front of me were given a bottom floor room I asked the male clerk he said he was out of bottom floor room and stated they didn’t request a bottom floor and most of all this motel is in the Hood and not worth $190 that I was charges at best this is $79 a night room the owners should be ashamed and the refused to refund my money stop go to another motel in town and not in the Hood ( Do Not Book A Room At This Location)
I was very disappointed in my stay. Check-in took way too long. I had reserved two rooms each wuth two queen beds. The one room had not been cleaned from the previous guests so we needed to go back to the frint desk to request another room. We were reassigned. The room had been cleaned but there were spits on the bedding and the carpets.
Thecsecond room only had one bed which was not the room i reserved. It was inconvenient to say the least.

Housekeeping didn't see that somebody left underwear in our under one of the beds. My 9yr old found them. All we got is a sorry from the morning manger yesterday. Dust on and coming out of the vents, a big red stain was on the the carpet. Breakfast was good. The night manger and front desk Tuesday evening we we checked in were the best. They were very sweet and nice.
The walls are so thin that I hear the person in the room next to me on the phone talking until 2am. The carwash next to the hotel had music going until late into the night. I thought there was a concert going on someplace in the neighborhood. Not someplace you can go to have a quiet relaxing evening.
I called the front desk several times prior to our arrival because I needed to communicate about the 2nd room we reserved. The phone went unanswered most of the time and two times the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. Once we arrived, the front desk staff weren't always there. Also, our key card was disabled between the first and second days we stayed there so we had to go to the front desk where, after we told the woman at the front desk about our card, she answered the phone and had a whole conversation while we stood there.
The room was somewhat dirty. There was an open packet of coffee in the coffee cups. We put out the "do not disturb" sign and the cleaning staff came in anyway. They took away 2 soaps and only gave me 1 new soap so I had to "share" the soap with the shower and the sink. We only had 1 body towel that we ended up sharing.
There was a grocery bag over the fire alarm. We called the front desk and they said to leave it there.
The continental breakfast was unappetizing. Also, we walked past the food prep area and there was a bucket of sausages left sitting out a whole hour and a half after the breakfast time was over.
For the price we paid, I would expect more out of this hotel. We won't be coming back.
Water didn't drain in tub, older hotel and poorly updated. Paint poorly done, sheets we're wrinkled and not sure they were clean and room smelled. I had to find a target to get room spray.
