Room was by no means clean. There were hairs in the sheets, hairs on the floor in the bathroom, a used washcloth left draped over the shower curtain rod, shower head only worked decent on a couple settings, bathroom shelves were covered in dust, a couple washcloths had stains on them, the bathroom ceiling was flaking away, bathroom fan didn’t work, refrigerator, microwave, and tv were unplugged when we got there, the a/c was on 63 when we walked in and it was 10 degrees outside. The elevator was kind of sketchy (flooring torn up, didn’t operate smoothly). Just an overall disappointing stay for paying $130+ for 1 night. Will not be back.

We didn’t eat the breakfast but it appeared fresh, we just wanted Cracker Barrel. We love to stay here when we go watch the FUEL games. Our room this time could use a little repair as the curtains wouldn’t close all the way so the street lights or security lights shined in all
