Our room smelled overpoweringly of stale cigarette smoke. I asked the front desk if something could be done, he assured me they would change out everything and spray deodorizer. Upon return our room smelled just as bad. All housekeeping did was make our bed. Hallways smelled great. Room was awful.

Stay ruined by other guest.

Stay ruined by crazy loud man in next room who we'd seen come in off street for a room earlier in day. Had to ask to change rooms at 1am which man on front desk was accomodating and moved me. New room, TV didnt work and no bathplug. I understand anyone can book a room/walk in off street but this put me off ever coming back.

The TV didn't work. The telephone didn't work. I used my cell phone to tell staff and he wanted to come to my room at 10:30pm. I told him forget it, and used my cell phone for my wake up call.

Pleasant stay. For the price, would stay again

I was there for two nights by myself on business. For the price, I would stay there again, but would most likely stay somewhere nicer and with more amenities if I was with my family. All of the staff were very friendly and inviting. Not in the best part of town, but I felt safe during my stay. Free breakfast quality and selection was good, but not great. Rooms and common areas were clean, but could use some updating. Overall, pleasant experience and for the price, would stay there again.
