Tv only had 4 channels working. The rest gave error 771 no signal. Front desk said to unplug the box. Didn’t help. Could not get the shower to work. Coffee maker missing tray to put coffee in. Room was very cold. Turned on thermostat but it just blew cold air. Never again will I even consider Comfort Inn.

While the lobby, kitchen area and grounds were clean…the rooms need refreshing…especially the bathrooms. Too many ripples in the wallpaper, old caulk in places that are clearly in view of customers, and specifically in my room the shower curtain rod was hanging low and in need of fixing…and I reported it twice at the front desk. This property owner has to do better. They are in the business of Customer satisfaction.

Upon meeting her she was rude , her tone and her body language. She lied and said we stayed and clearly if you look at the camera we all left except one adult and the kids. Now they talking about I cant get my deposit until I talk to management- I will never ever stay here again. I didn't read the reviews before staying. I should have. If more than 1 customer is complaining of the same person CLEARLY THAT RECEPTIONIST IS THE PROBLEM.
