I liked that the staff offered me a tray to carry up breakfast to my kids. I disliked that there was trash left from a previous person by the bed, stains on the carpet, mold around the toilet rim, and the AC unit didn't work.

The sofa bed was broken. It wasn't possible to sleep on when we pulled it out. It also had food or blood stains, so not the cleanest. The gal helping with breakfast wasn't the friendliest, and the food setup seemed a bit more run down than other hotels I've stayed. Other than that, the stay itself was good. The front desk staff were great, and they helped us get towels and linen as needed. I would still stay there again given the few minor issues.

The room was dingy. Carpet frayed and torn. Rust marks down the shower. Room was only cleaned when we asked for it. This place needs a complete renovation. Only thing decent was the breakfast.

This property needs a little love. The lobby is cold and echo-y. The room was clean but shabby. The bed was flat and very firm and the pillows on a King bed were standard and small. Also, there was a very inconsiderate group making noise well past quiet hours and staff did not address until complaints were made.

This property is certainly worn and shows age. I believe it’s past the point of cleaning and just needs complete room makeovers with “new” interior finishings. The staff was absolutely some of the nicest folks (all staff day, night and morning crew) they deserve to work at a place they are proud of. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this location.

It had plenty of restaurants an shopping, the shower was filthy had to buy a magic eraser to clean, pull out couch had mold an soil all on it the sheets had blood all over them pull out couch should have been thrown away
