The staff was very helpful and very nice. The facility needs more upgrades. We found the bathroom just okay and the room not very comfortable. Needs furniture to be able to sit and relax in like a couple of chairs. I feel the staff works really hard to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The staff was amazing! I left a pill case in the room- they called me twice to let me know, offered me to send it when I emailed a return UPS. I eventually just returned to the site and picked up the pills. Great service!

Didn't like how noisy the room doors were. Im a light sleeper. At first thought i was lost bc theres not alot right there, but close to everything. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Very good vibe.

Ok hotel, but not so great rooms. Rather worn and lower quality furnishings. Housekeeping is only available every 3rd day which I found interesting and the bed pillows were the size of throw pillows. Spacious room though. Air conditioner unit leaked and no soap except for a small tube of body wash. The facility itself though is nice and well kept and even has a fitness room. Staff was amazing! We only met the front desk clerk Mary, but she couldn’t have been nicer. Offered helpful suggestions and recommendations for things to do in the area. Speaking of the area, the property is in a more depressed area outside of the city, but seemed safe.
