Hotel was clean. The gentleman that worked the desk in the mornings was very friendly, the lady that checked me in could have been a little more hospitable. The room was as nice (pillows were not good, hard to get to sleep). Beautiful hotel

The room was fine, bed was comfortable. Main issues; ball of curly hair on the sheets when I lifted the blanket to get in bed, cleaning staff did not check the room once during our two night stay, fitness center is a closet with four cardio machines and no space for anything else (misrepresented in the online photos), and the receptionist "closed the lobby" before 11PM on Saturday night because she had "things to do".
