No floor plan maps, not even in our room, so we didn't know where the closest elevator was. Ice machine was impossible to find. The room didn't have the typical binder showing restaurants in the area. No breakfast, not even continental included.

Safe, quiet, comfy but no b-fast

The room was very clean and I felt safe being there alone (despite that each room has a sliding door to the outside). I wasn’t thrilled about that being as I was traveling alone and it felt like it would be pretty easy to break in if someone wanted. That, it seemed like a pretty safe area and I had zero trouble at all! Staff were pleasant and it was actually pretty quiet. Beds are comfortable, as well. Don’t expect anything at breakfast to be ready for purchase (breakfast isn’t included). I’m pretty sure you have to order what you want from a menu. I don’t really eat breakfast so it wasn't a big deal to me. The place is kind of dated but it was so clean and quite I didn’t mind.
