When my wife and I arrived our television and refrigerator was not working at all! This was a problem for about two hours! Also the microwave was down the hall by the ice machine which was a huge inconvenience! To top it off, the next morning I politely spoke (with a good morning) to the front desk person who turned out to be the assistant general manager (Iziah Heath) who turned out to be extremely RUDE!! He also told me that we couldn't get an late check out even though we had issues with our room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Elevators were out two days and we were on top floor. At end of our stay we asked if they would provide a discount or apply a discount to a future stay as we have been to this hotel several times, and they refused.

I had people across the hall who were making noise all night. The hotel itself was fine, but the other guests made it worse. On my way out the staff also attended to charge me an additional fee. When I asked “what are you charging me for?” they responded with “I’m not sure you just gotta put your card in.” That is just wild! In conclusion, I had a below average experience due to noisy neighbors and what felt like an attempt to charge me for nothing. Facility itself was fine, price was reasonable, but I didn’t sleep very well and kept being woken up.

Think Twice before Staying Here.

Rooms were nice, closet space is TERRIBLE! Can’t close closet doors without hitting hangers with clothes on them??????In first room, entire closet clothes rack fell completely down with just five hangers of pants and shirts. No maintenance available, so we had to repack and move to another room and then unpack again? In second room several items were loose, like towel rack, shower head, and deadbolt latch? Looks like a rushed incomplete job on renovation?? Don’t think I stay there again? Wasn’t horrible, but too many little issues that should have already been addressed!

Just what we needed!

The hotel was slightly dated but not in a way that deterred the trip. It wss very clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredible. After dinner we came back to the lobby bar to converse with our friends. The environment was perfect. Didn't feel like a "bar" but more like the charming family room environment. Everyone was friendly. Its not close to much aside from a Mexican restaurant, but delivery services are available.

Will not stay here again

Unfortunately I am very unsatisfied and I am not a person to complain at all. The room had a very distinct odor to it. I literally had to clean the bathtub before my mother could take a shower and the sheets were stained with something! It was completely filthy. Not happy at all and won’t stay there again.
