I checked in, went to the room and then went to my car to get my bags, when i got back to the room the door wouldn't work, the battery died in the lock. They got maintenance up there right awa and got it fixed

I was surprised by this hotel. It was actually pretty nice, and the price was great! It’s super close to downtown. Checkin/checkout was a breeze.

Floor was sticky, shower hose was broken and sprayed everywhere other than where it should. Facility was nice and upgraded. Bathroom very nice however metal feet legs on vanity and trash can corroded (maybe broken shower is a factor)? Breakfast available for $10.99. Parking was easy and included. Felt safe enough.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. When we got to our room there was leftover food and trash still in there. As well as a dirty pillowcase. Perhaps an oversight from cleaning crew but the whole room didn’t feel clean. Bathroom door was also broken.

Definitely not a 9 star hotel, more like a 6!
One card key did not work, the other one would struggle to unlock door. Room was not very clean. Place looks okay from a distance but is rundown and ghetto looking. Beds not comfortable. Shower walls sticky, toilet had dried urine where the seat and toilet bowl connects. We really did not feel comfortable in it. Also, the concierge when we were checking out tried charging me more money for parking when the parking was included according to the check-in concierge. The price was outrageous, $314 per the night just because Taylor Swift was in the town. We couldn’t care less about it but we needed a room to stay the night and continue with our trip the next morning. Definitely does not deserve a 9 star rating, we give it a 6 star ranking.
