Was in town for a Butler College graduation. The suite was perfect for our 4 person family with little ones. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks, snacks and amenities. The property seemed to be super clean and the architecture was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was that the elevator was super slow but honestly nothing is wrong with the steps lol. Breakfast was also incredible. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Bad from the start. The first night we arrived at the hotel the air was not working it was a hot Spring evening when we arrived at our hotel immediately tried to call the front desk when we discovered the phone was not working either so we used our cell phone. We were told that they would send maintenance to our room first thing in the morning we were all up since we did not get much sleep to do the heat the guy did not get there until after 9:00! turned out the heat was still on so he climbed into the ceiling and but he got the air flowing so at least we could get a good night rest we thought. The mattress was very worn down and should be replaced. Things only got worst as the stay went on. The first day we had enough towels but each day after we had to call the front desk for more towels the housekeeper did take the dirty ones but did not replace us with enough of clean towels we had to stick our heads out the door and go up to the housekeeper and ask for my towels and the night before our last stay my husband had to go down to the front desk to get more towels due to the fact that morning we left early for our outing and missed the housekeeper and did not have a chance to ask the for more towels. We had to ask more more facial tissue and I set the empty box on the sink as a reminder we needed more. We have stayed at that hotel before but when we checked in we could tell things has changed. We will not stay again.

Family sports weekend

Hotel was a good, family atmosphere that was clean. The service was excellent,Al as they fixed the shower that was not draining on first day. Check-in staff was friendly and quick.

Outdated not well maintained hotel

The room was hot and humid when we arrived. At first we were only given one room and not the two we reserved. The furniture was broken and not well maintained. Beds were uncomfortable. The pool was totally unusable because multiple pool party groups were here. The managers reception was a joke. Went down 20 minutes into it and there was no food left and the floors were wet from all the pool goers running around dripping wet. Only two of the elevators were functioning so we often had to take the 8 flights of stairs. We will definitely add this to our list of hotels not to bother with in the future.

I enjoyed the Hotel. Interior was beautiful. My room had stains on the ceramic floor, I had ants in the bathroom and small black bugs on the nightstand next to the bed. I wasn't comfortable due to these issues. I let the front desk know about my room. Hopefully they will take care of this infestation of bugs. I never experienced this before in a Hilton Hotel. Very disappointed.
