Great service, but DIRTY ROOM!
The customer service skills were excellent! Our room was dirty and there were toenail clippings, crumbs, trash ,and debris behind the nightstands and on the skirting for the bottom mattress. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a filthy bed with knowing that there was trash behind the nightstands. Other than that, the stay was great!

Well, my daughter and I got there after making a reservation. After waiting 25 min in the lobby the receptionist told me they were not going to honor the reservation ( it was 9:30 pm) and we needed to find somewhere else to stay. The receptionist said the hotel didn’t have the man power to even clean the rooms. So, while we were trying to get our refund and a place to stay the receptionist pulled down the shutters at the front fest and left. It was Bizzaro world.

I decided to choose this hotel over the regular one i say in when in the area. This one said they offered beakfast and a pool. Come to find out they didn't have either and not even coffee in the common area or a pot in the room to make your own. Definitely not worth the price. I will stick with my regular place that is $100/night cheaper and has coffee. Very disappointed with the misrepresentation of amenities. Staff said they changed over 2 years ago and the website hasn't been updated. Not mad at the local staff. Corporate is making it harder on locals just trying to do their job.

Teran the GM is great. Loved having the kitchen and full fridge. Room was spacious and location is excellent. Easy access to highways and 2 malls nearby. Plan to return on our next Indianapolis visit.
