The device to make keys was not functioning so the staff let me in each time I left the room. They were very accommodating. The hotel seems relatively new. It was very clean and the bed/linens were comfortable, I did not eat breakfast, but it looked very good

When I had booked a room. I had booked for a view room and did not get that. I also had to pay for parking which was not informed ahead of time. In fact it stated in the room features that they had parking available.

Disorganized. Room keys not working at check-in for entire hotel. Staff had to let us in each time we left room until later in the evening. First day received note from hotel on location of breakfast. Second day no note and breakfast was changed to another location without any notification, 2 night stay and not enough soap gel or any Kleenex in room for that time period. Could not get directly to lobby from our room location & had to go down into parking garage to go back in hotel to get to main lobby. There was small rugs placed next to bed however no pads underneath so rug moved around and we had to be very careful not to slip and fall. We stayed there several years ago and the visit was fine but feel like somehow the service and hotel have declined. Rather disappointing!

Comfortable, Spacious Clean Rooms

Hotel is in a great location. Can walk to downtown Indianapolis, and walk across the canal which is nice. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious, kept clean, and tidy. The beds are comfortable. The only suggestion that I had for this hotel is to have more functional furniture that contains drawers for clothing. No one want to live out of their suitcase especially if you are stay there for more than 3 days. The only drawers they had were 3 or 4 small metal wire drawers in the cubby under the TV. They have ample space in the rooms for a chest with drawers. That would be my only suggestion with regards to the rooms. The guest reception on Wednesday evening was very enjoyable and a nice way to unwind and relax a bit. They also have an indoor heated pool. The hotel offers valet parking at $47 a night or self parking in the garage for $42 a night. Overall it is a very nice and comfortable hotel. This is a recommended hotel and I would stay here again if we want to stay downtown Indianapolis.

Staff was exceptionally helpful! Rooms were super clean and attractive. Onsite parking ramp was very accessible and convenient. Guest laundry is a nice asset. Spectacular lobby gathering area- to watch TV/Games and hang out with friends/family. Easy drop off for Doordash,etc and pickup for Uber/etc. Great central location! Nice little convenience store at the front desk too! Highly recommend! Will definitely stay there again!

Everything was excellent from staff, comfort, location, breakfast, etc...The only thing I didn't like was the $ 42.00 daily for the parking since I was there three days, but I found out that was standard for that area. I would recommend this hotel.
