Place was extremely run down. They were renovating, so hopefully fixing it, but wasnt very good. The renovations started at 930 and was very loud. Saw a cockroach in the breakfast area.

The young man working as valet on our checkout date, December 20th, was fantastic. I think he was the only one working at the 11:30ish time slot. He ran, yes, I said RAN from the hotel to the persons car, drove it back, delivered it to the owner then picked up the next car keys and RAN to the next car's parking space, drove it back, delivered it to the owner, picked up the next set of keys, RAN to retrieve the car, etc. etc. etc. It was very impressive. This hotel room was very spacious and lovely. I only had a few recommendations: Put stirring sticks out with the coffee and condiments (there were none), the bed was on the ground and was a bit difficult for us "seniors" to get out of!. Only one other thing, the hotel was going through some renovation and we were told that was why the "menu" on the TV didn't show any information about what was being shown on each of the stations. That made it pretty hard to decide what channel you wanted to watch! Hopefully that will be remedied once the renovation is complete. All-in-all we were happy with our stay.

Noise too Loud
The main problem is the extremely loud Heating unit. Every time it came on, it was so Very loud that I could not sleep with the noise. I turned the thermostat down so it would not come on so often but it still disturbed my sleep every time it came on. The room was very clean and neat and the staff were all very helpful and polite. and the cars passing by outside were so very loud.

Stay somewhere else. Old and dirty
This hotel is dirty, old, and worn out. It is a crime to be charging people to stay here. The carpets are dirty or covered with paper. Elevator was covered in paper. Toilet was chipped all along the base. Bugs in the bathroom light. Bathroom ceiling decaying. No fan in bathroom. Mattress was old and dirty. They are renovating, which is badly needed. Should not be renting rooms until the renovations are complete. Key code to get into building after hours doesn’t work. Have to knock on windows until someone notices you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service by manager, Samantha. Did not return a phone call.

For $700 a night I expected more up to date accommodations. The hallway floors were dirty, wallpaper ripped in the bathroom and the wood vanity was very old. The bed and pillows were comfy.

So from the moment we checked in it was horrible. From the noise from the construction on the floor above us most of the day and early evening to the construction workers trying to flirt with my wife- this hotel seemed sucked! Obviously, no warning was given or we would’ve stayed somewhere else.
