Three night staying at the hotel with no change in bedding. No new towels. Hair on bathroom floor, two big clumps and hair in the shower floor and walls. Then Saturday morning no hot water for showers. Will not be staying there again.

I need an affordable place to stay in Indy's north side/Castleton area, and Hampton Inn fit the bill. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5, is because I stayed a total of 3 nights and my room was not cleaned, nor was I brought fresh towels the entire time. Other than that. This hotel was ideal. My room was updated, the bathroom has great water pressure and steaming hot water and the bed and pillows were comfy. Location has tons of eateries, shopping and the interstate is literally west of the hotel. Not bad. I will stay again. PS: As of 10/12/2025, the elevators were functioning.
