As always, my stay at the HGI- Airport in Indpls was superb!!! The quality of desk staff was outstanding, Gerald, was so helpful in locating a safe room near the elevator for my friend. This kind of service rarely happens. The two servers in the restaurant work so hard meeting the needs of guests. Great job on 100% I also enjoyed the gym room, equipment was nice!

The carpet in the room reeked of must and pee. The shower would not drain. It was gross!!!!! For $250 on a Wednesday night, in those conditions, absolutely not!! Additionally, I received a text from the hotel not long after we arrived, inquiring about how our stay was going; I relayed the information contained in this review, sans the shower malfunction m, because we had not used the shower at that point, which was met with no response from Hilton Garden Inn. The only positives were our server at dinner, and the food quality. His service was great despite the subpar drinks, and the food, (we had the steak sandwiches and kids chicken fingers with ranch were yummy). However, despite our positive experience with the waiter and food, there is no way the rooms there are worth $250 plus $2.00 water charge. Gross, do better as a Hilton Brand, ewww, NEVER AGAIN:(((((( I should have done VRBO...

Very relaxing stay. Staff was curteous and helpful. Loved the ammenities, especially the pool and free parking. Next time in Indianapolis, I will definitley do a return stay.
