Average hotel overall.Easy to get to the location from the highway. Lobby was clean a modern, but the carpet in the hallways need to be cleaned. When we got to our room it smelled like someone had just used the bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of options.

Overall great but, Elevators are issue.
This hotel is our go to place to stay when visiting Fishers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Please get your elevators working properly. We were on the 3rd floor at the end that had an elevator that was not in service, again. The main elevator sounded like it was going to fall to the 1st floor when we took it to the 3rd floor.

Be aware that this hotel has a surcharge of $5/nt for self parking. It is listed in the details of the property, but I missed that bit of information. I was not expecting a charge for parking. Never have had to pay for parking at IHG hotels in the past. Most of the channels on the TV were not working. We did not receive refills of K-cups in the room one night. The breakfast was very good. Not a terrible experience, just was surprised about the charge for parking and would have liked to have had morning coffee in the room.

We had an event in the area for that it was convenient. It was the first time ai was in a hotel that doesnt provide drinking water unless you are a member. And with the heat that was not great. Staff was helpful
