There are so many pluses to this property. I was especially grateful to the front desk and housekeepng staffs. While there I suffered a bad nosebleed. Lisa, at the front desk, called for EMS, who took me to hospital, and housekeeping cleaned up a bathroom that looked like a crime scene. When I returned from hospital the front desk expressed concern that I was OK. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with the egg and sausage offerings varying each day. Also cookies in the afternoon, and 24-hour coffee and tea. The location is only about 1/2 mile from the convention center, but not really convenient for walking. (I tried it once.) And I had one Lyft driver who went to Lucas Oil stadium across the street, apparently too stupid to figure out that someone might be at a hotel at 8:30 in the morning. Apart from this, it’s a great property, and I recommend it.

Had kids running and screaming down the halls at midnight. Called the front desk and they put a stop to it immediately. Nice location if your going to a football game or event at Lucas Oil Stadium…

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Indianapolis, and it was a wonderful experience! The check-in was quick, and my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and the amenities like the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi were a bonus. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to downtown attractions like the Indianapolis Museum of Art and plenty of dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Indianapolis for anyone visiting the area. Great service, excellent location, and a comfortable stay—I can’t wait to return!

Loved this stop. If you are going to basketball or football, this is the place to stay. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, although you had to pay for it. Great place.

We only picked this hotel because it had a pool. At check in the employee didn’t initially mention that the pool was broken. It was only when I asked about pool hours did she say it was broken. I also had to ask about breakfast hours.

Inside the hotel and room were very clean! Parking however was subpar. In order to find parking I had to park in the garage what was a bit scary at night. I had to walk through a dim lit alley to find the entrance w to my vehicle.
