It was amazing we were in town for a car show and the parking lot was full, a staff member moved his personal car so I could have a well lit parking space!

getting into the hotel with all the roundabouts and the beds are not comfortable at all and when you check in, they don’t tell you after you paid everything you have a extra $25 charge to your card and it takes seven days to get that back

There was only one person on the staff that was friendly. Certainly, didn't get the reception I thought we should have gotten staying at a Holiday Inn.

Everything was good until two older Caucasian women followed me & my kids to my vehicle about 3 pool towels that I was unaware that my kids had, due to I was at the front desk checking out (which whom the older women AGREED & stated before I got a chance to). Even after handing them the 3 towels the older women remained with hostile body language, also yelling at me & the other adult I had in my car with me. They even felt the need to make threats of charging me for the towels, even though I returned the 3 towels without any issue. All the while I had 5 kids in my car during this unprofessional confrontation.

Mediocre

Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was served until 10am but both days at 9:30 the main hot dishes were empty and never refilled. There were 2 pieces of fruit left, oatmeal with no brown sugar and some breads.

The lady working at front desk seem like she didn't want us there. We try to ask for a late checkout and she lied and said they was full but everybody was leaving. She was rude . She almost seemed prejudice.i wouldn't recommend anybody of skin color to stay there when she is working .
