This is the worst property in the IHG portfolio. The carpet had big stains as did the couch. For breakfast the eggs were burnt, the juice machine was not working at all and the coffee container was empty. The coffee marker in the room was broken. Then when checking out at 8:15 AM, no one was at the front desk to talk about the issue. This is a very poorly run property.

Bathroom needs work

Overall, the hotel was pretty clean. however, the bathroom could have used some attention. The tub/ shower was cleaned in the tub area, but the upper walls needed attention. Also, the tub/ shower valve in the spout needs to be replaced (rm 204). It didn't allow the water to fully shift to the showerhead.

Overall fairly nice for this price point. My only complaint is the pool is not taken care of. The sides of the pool wall were slimy, and there was mildew all over the floor of the pool area. Aside from the pool area, the rest of the property was just fine and the breakfast was good.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean. There were mattress protectors on the bed, this gave me extra security against bedbugs. There were what looked like Scribble marks on the fitted sheet and red light streaks on the sink area almost pen like.
