The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I will say that you should call the property directly for reservations, as Expedia's pictures of the room I booked was not what I got. Expedia "offered" 2 beds with a couch, 4 adults. I needed the handicap accessible room for my mom. When we arrived it was one bed, no couch, but the handicap room. Expedia shows pictures of a working pool, but it is not open. The staff at Holiday Inn were so helpful, we ended up having to pay for a 2nd room. I was in town for my son's wedding and didn't have the time to call expedia and complain.

The two people who worked behind the desk, both when we checked in and when we checked out, were extremely friendly and seemed to truly care about us and our stay. The breakfast person in charge, I think his name was Steve, was very attentive and eager to serve as well. Truly a nice stay!
