I tried to check in about 610pm and they couldnt find my reservation for 06/02/25- 06/04/25 and said we needed to contact hotels.com as they had the reservation in their (holiday inn's) system for 1 night with check in on 06/03/25. We called hotels.com and 40 minutes later they contacted holiday inn and they were able to get us a room for both nights. 06/03/25 went to dinner at restaurant at hotel- they were out of so many food/drinks. i put do not disturb sign on door. About 1045pm heard 3 loud knocks on the door and looked thru the peep hole. No one there. 15 min later (1100) 3 loud knocks on the door and looked thru the peep hole. No one. called front desk and the man who was working said he'd come right up to check things out. He said he took the elevator up and didnt see anyone in the elevator or in the hallway of 4th floor. he also checked the stairwell and didnt see anyone. Said about 10-15 min theyd be changing shifts but if needed, he'd sit in the stairwell for a few to make sure no one was hiding there and to call front desk again if it happened again. Around 1129 pm heard 3 loud knocks again. looked thru and there was an eye looking back at me .then saw a man walking away. we were able to move rooms but did not feel safe. next morning at check out, man standing in lobby and front desk had to call 911 for weird behavior.

Front desk staff friendly and efficient, room was clean, but had an odd smell. Bothered me enough I needed to get air freshener from the sweet front desk staff that was struggling with computer issues. She was upbeat and remained professional. And the door to the room slammed too hard. No other significant issues.

Great but no regular coffee pods

I was in Indianapolis for a concert. The hotel was great; Clean, quiet and convenient. My only gripe is they only had decaf coffee pods in my room. I went in search of housekeepers with carts and they only had decaf on their carts. NO REGULAR COFFEE PODS!!!
