Hotel is beyond perfect for a Colts game. Literally takes about 45 seconds to get to the stadium. The staff was AMAZING in every way. Helping with key cards, letting us in the building, helping pick a place to eat. Not one complaint towards the staff I’ve had better showers, but there’s nothing “wrong” with it. The AC unit took some getting used to, but pressing a few different buttons a few different ways, it was all good. Would gladly stay again

The floors could have been vacummed. The eds were definitely comfortable. The cleanliness of the tub and toilet bowl could have used deeper cleaning. Cup spots on furnitre as well.

I booked this hotel for the location and the hot tub. When I got to the swimming area, dressed in bath suit, I discovered that the hot tub had been cemented in. What a shock! The website shows a working hot tub...Please update your amenities.

The property was very unclean. The first room we checked into the toilet was broken. After 2 hours waiting on maintenance they let us switch rooms. However, that rooms toilet was so decussating, I hope we did not catch something. Would not recommend and would never stay there again. The staff was considerate and pretty friendly.

My room came with breakfast included they has bagels, croissants, turkey sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc. The room was pretty clean at first glance, but the shower curtain smelled like it should’ve been washed because it’s been soaked too many times there was also hair in one of the towels and the sheets had some dirt marks. But for the price it’s somewhat expected but something to be worked on as well. There was a $25 fee for parking.

Clean room, close to everything we wanted to attend, but staff was lacking. Went to the hotel store for snacks both nights and had to wait for staff to help because instead of ringing up our food quickly, they had to go upstairs to help someone get into their room. Instead of taking 45 seconds to ring us up and let me tap my card, I waited for 10 minutes at the desk. On top of that, during check in the clerk was very rude and had attitude because I asked her/him (couldn’t tell) to repeat themselves because they mumbled their welcome to me and when I said “I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you,” they said “what do you need, sir?” with a very clear tone. No smile, no kindness, just a very uncomfortable “welcome” followed by inattentiveness when I tried to get snacks less than a minute later after they walked to the office and didn’t come back for several minutes even though I kept yelling “Hello? Can I get some assistance please?” Just not thrilled with the staff, but everything else was pleasant.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with nice amenities and friendly staff. It is downtown so a very convenient location. I was walking distance (about 25 min) from the Canal area and had a very nice roof top dinner at the Social View. That said if it was not for that a walked during daylight hours, I would not recommend walking this area at night; a short drive or Uber ride would be a safer option if before dawn or after dusk.

Staff was amazing! Some areas in hotel seem a bit dated but is still very clean. 5 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium or Victory Field. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!
