The property was not as advertised. The amenities were limited. Namely, the pool heater was broken (at the end of November) and this was never communicated to us at check-in. Had we known, we would not have continued on with our stay and would have found another hotel. I traveled with four children for three hours, and when we selected a hotel, a pool was a top priority. It was obvious that the hotel staff had this issue with the heater for a long time, yet this was never communicated to us at booking or check-in. The pool was unusable, and this was a major disappointment for our whole family. Aside from the pool, the breakfast options were limited, and the amenities in our room were sparce. I stayed in a suite booked for six people, and we did not have enough towels (there were four) or linens for everyone. We had to ask for more of everything.

I would stay again.
Nice and convenient place to stay. The bed was okay. I had virtual meetings and the lighting in the room was not great. Otherwise, it was clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.

Breakfast was okay
The room was great, bed was a little hard but everything else was great. Breakfast was good, my 1yr old daughter was able to have a high chair and the food was good for the most part. The egg and cheese omelet they had was definitely over seasoned with onion powder…so not a fan of that. Bananas were a little on the over ripe side and had bruising…also not a big fan but it was edible. Waffles…cuz I made my own were great, they had oatmeal and cereal with plenty of drink options. They had a market place too… a little expensive 4 dollars for a bottle of pop, water, or juice, most things in there were at the 4 dollar mark, that you could go down the street a bit a spend less but it was convenient in a pinch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady was there the entire time we were, I swear she never left lol! She was sweet and kind.

We came here with our 2 daughters and it was a lovely, spacious, clean room and conveniently placed amongst nearby restaurants and shops...but not too close where it was loud and annoying. Free breakfast and parking was very helpful and delicious! We would definitely come back again!
