Super clean but terrible breakfast and service

I booked this hotel because I stayed at Home2 in Colorado for 10 days and the hotel was very clean and it gave me really good impression on the hotel chain. However this one night stay at Home2 Indianapolis completely changed my mind. Room was still clean but the breakfast was terrible and manager Caitlin Wilde was beyond something else. There was barely anything left when we got downstairs. Orange juice was even just water with pale orange color cause there was no more mix in the machine. Curtain got closed on me three times while I was still getting food. When I was trying to tell the lady I’m not done yet the third time, the manager Caitlin Wilde started to call me rude. When I tried to have a conversation with the manager again after my breakfast, Caitlin Wilde just kept hiding in her office saying she is on a conference call. This is by far the worst breakfast and the worst service I’ve ever had for my 21-days trip. I love Home2 Suites but if this is how your manager manages your hotel, you’ve just lost a loyal customer. I do not know how much impact this review can make, but please consider retrain your manager or hire someone more suitable for the position. One wrong manager could really ruin your whole chain’s reputation.

I liked that the room had plenty of space and my arrival was smooth with the shuttle bus. However the room was not cleaned the entire week I stayed besides right before my arrival and the phone in my room did not work which I had no idea until the last morning. Meaning anytime I asked front desk for help and they said they would call back I never got that call and so I had to do everything myself, such as taking dirty towels down, getting more, basically any necessities I needed replaced, making it frustrating during my vacation. I did enjoy having a washer and dryer available and everything was fine besides the lack of help.

I had a perfect stay at Home2 Suites. The staff helped me, even in the middle of the night (thanks for the extra pillow). The breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty (thanks for the hash browns). It was really easy to get to and from the convention center (thanks for the Gen Con). The room was comfy and spotless (thanks for the memories).

Loved that all 6 of of could be comfortable in one room. Pool was great, they even had a few grab and go items ready fir us for breakfast when they found out we needed to be at the airport at 5am! Excellent customer service and location!

Place was great clean beds comfortable nive little pool and workout facility can wash clothes there free breakfast was good . Only reason not a 5 star was because could only get in front door. Door keys wouldn't work on any door but the front door

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were great!! The hotel itself was very modern and very clean. The room was awesome and there was more than enough usb ports to charge your phone and other devices. The location was great as well. It looks as though the area where the hotel is located is being built up; we were close to a variety of restaurants and we were close to Walmart. I LOVED my stay I’d recommend it and I’d stay there again!!!

Overall property and room was nice however not quite up to brand standard. I frequently travel and stay with home 2 Suites, and although this one does match up aesthetically. It’s just not the same, uncomfortable mattress, no water pressure in the shower making it nearly impossible to wash shampoo out of your hair. Tv system slow and un responsive, no extra sheets upon room check in for sleeper sofa.when issues with shower and bed were brought to staff attention shortly after check in. They felt very unsure of what to do saying the have to speak to the manager and they would let me know. No further actions taken. Over all a little disappointed in property not sure if I would return
