The facility needs work. Not a staff issue - it's an ownership issue. The bed was awful, we didn't sleep well during our stay. The shower leaked all over the floor it has been for a while the walls are molded and have water damage present. The carpets are severely stained and the breakfast was subpar.however the staff and valet were wonderful and accommodating and pleasant. Glad it was only a two day stay. We won't be back though.

ADA non compliant
I was traveling with an ADA certified service dog for an anxiety disorder and was told that anxiety was not a recognized disability in Indiana. It caused more anxiety being told it wasn't real. They did later correct their error, but it was still a very uncomfortable check in.

Area at night is ehh lol but walkable. The hotel itself and staff is fantastic. Clean, spacious. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast was actually pretty good with a nice variety. We will continue to rebook.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites after attending an event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was modern, spacious, and clean, with all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette, which was a nice touch for a quick snack after the event. The bed was super comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. I appreciated the blackout curtains, which ensured I wasn’t disturbed by any outside light. The location was convenient, and the parking was easy to access, which made coming back late at night stress-free. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was perfect to start my day—plenty of options and fresh food. Overall, Home2 Suites provided a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded experience after a busy day or event.
