Everything about this hotel was great - there was not a single staff person who was not personable and happy. Parking is expensive, but convenient. Everything downtown is walkable - Fever, Pacers, and Colts all very close. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Vicki and Jessica were awesome at check out. We had a light out in the bathroom that I reported Sat am. Staff and desk was very interested in hearing my concern. I was dismissed. When we returned to room later that night still wasn’t fixed. Brought it to the attention of staff at desk and pointed out the Hilton promise of make it right or free night. The offer to make it right was to move us to another room which was not ok because our family was all staying around each other. She was pretty snotty. Guy came to change light bulb but he couldn’t do it because only maintenance could change that light and there was no maintenance person on duty. So we had a dark bathroom for our stay. Otherwise great hotel. Perfect for what we wanted and the valet parking was great and so helpful. Would stay again. Good outweighed the negative.

Overall good hotel. However when they do not have a solution to park my vehicle or let me park it then that is a problem that needs to be corrected, and I will even offer a solution. I have a 2024 GMC dually truck and they said they are not allowed to valet it. I understand that, but I offered to park it. Then they said it wont fit in their parking garage, in which I parked in several parking garages including that night which was an inconvenience.Now this particular day their valet wasn't busy and had plenty of room to just leave my truck parked in the valet area overnight and would be gone early in the morning.

Wonderful property and excellent staff and amenitites. The only drawback to me was the fact all rooms have views into alleys--all I could see from our window was a parking garage.

The bedroom air conditioning system was noisy and I had a hard time falling asleep. They could've provided a little more options for breakfast besides pancakes/waffles, cereal and oatmeal. I was a bit disappointed with that. Everything else seemed alright

Staff was great and very helpful. Walkable distance to restaurants and downtown area. Pool could be cleaned and maintained a lot better then what it was but other then that stay was good.

Hotel room was clean, no qualms with staff. But the room was “tired”. Broken light barely hanging on wall by bed. Other light by bed had no shade. Drywall peeling off around shower. Scuff marks on walls. Beds lumpy. Too many better properties in the area.

Hotel was great for our multigenerational trip to see the Indiana Fever. Room was clean and very well thought out. It was also in a great location, within walking distance to many spots we wanted to visit.
