I will stay here again

I picked this hotel for the electric car charging they offer. It was very close to the front door. Tesla destination chargers with the j1772 adapter built in. The Home2 Suites rooms had about a full kitchen (minus the stove/oven). There was a nice seating area and a comfortable bed, plus a huge TV. There are several places to eat and drink in the area. It's also a quick drive to downtown, the Speedway and N. Michigan Rd. It was a good spot. As the title says, I will stay here again when I am in Indy.

Trust me, great hotel!

It was wonderful! The staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean and rooms are very spacious. My only complaint was the pressure in the shower. It was bad. We had two rooms and it I was told that the other room had great pressure, so maybe it was just ours. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Indy!!

Thin walls. I could hear a dog barking on the 3rd floor. We were on the first. I could clearly hear conversations in the adjoining rooms. And to make it worse the in-room climate control does not have a setting to just leave the fan running.

This hotel is very nice, clean, and smells fresh when walking in. The room was wonderful. Very clean as well. Bed was comfortable. Will be back to stay again. Only downfall was lack of a hot tub. Pool itself was nice though, as was the workout room. Breakfast was very good. Oatmeal was overdone and lack of breakfast meat options (Canadian bacon only), but other options made up for it. Overall loved the hotel!

It was fine. We had a one-bedroom suite, which was very new, clean and spacious. Everything worked. The staff is great. Bring some earplugs, because the interstate is nearby and loud, 24/7. There was always coffee in the lobby, and it was always fresh. Breakfast was edible.

This place was a filthy dump. Hard to belive its condition for being less than a year old. Its horribly mismanaged. Lets start with crumbs all over the kitchen area. Clearly not swept. The the bed, my bedding was in this order, a fitted sheet, a matress pad, a bed sheet, and a bed spread. Somebody needs to train your chambermaids. The fitted sheet had 2 brown stains that could have been excrement or blood. While i do not expect the hotel to take responsibilty for filthy people I do expect someone to notice and not reuse stained sheets. 2 TVs and no remotes. The front desk took 1 from another room. So that meant another guest will have the same complaint. But again no attention to detail to have not noticed both remotes were missing. No towels in the pool area. The breakfast buffet had ONLY waffles, steak fries, cereal, bagels and buns, cold cereal, oatmeal, and sausage patties. NO milk, yogurt, eggs, orange juice, or fresh fruit. Hands down the worst breakfast buffet i have seen. And the buffet room was filthy. If Home2 was attempting to ensure I book AirBnB from now on they succeeded. They would literally jave to pay me to go back. I mean I would want a free room and cash on top of that to even consider stepping foot into or recomending Home2. My rant is over. Have great life to all who have read.

Nice, but charged me twice!

The hotel itself is mostly nice. Rooms are a good size, but the bathroom floor was dirty. Having a pool was awesome for the kids, but it was unbearably cold and impossible to swim in. Then when we checked out the next morning to refused to let me check out without swiping an additional card (I paid online, and swiped one at check in for incidentals). The lady refused to tell me what it was for, said “I don’t know, it says I have to.” She told me the charge would be $130, even though I’d already paid for the room entirely! I refused to swipe. Then she changed and said she’d print me a receipt, which should it was for $0. She assured me I’d only be charged if something was wrong with the wrong. Against my better judgement, I swiped because we had an appointment to get to. A few hours later I got notification from my bank that they did in fact charge me the additional second charge for the room. It took me fighting for 6 days to get this charge disputed and refunded. Completely ridiculous and tied up my bank account for that long. Customer beware, you’ll need twice the cost to be able to stay here!!
