PROS: Loved the size of the room - it was perfect for our family of 5, plus our dog! The pool was a blast for the older kids. Breakfast in the morning & coffee served all day!
CONS: Just minor things, that didn't really change the overall experience - We didn't get a welcome gift (although I saw a whole bunch prepared behind the front desk guy and we were told there should be one), the waffle machine was broken, there was no comforter or pillow in the room so we had to call down to the front desk.

Waked into my room and the first thing I see are brown/red spots all over the carpet ( not sure if it was dog poop or blood) asked front desk if animals were allowed in every room and he said yes. That isn't good for people with allergies and poor cleaning staff. I don't know if it was blood or poop. Went to take a shower and there were hairs all over the shower, called down and there was no one there to clean. Had to go to store to get cleaner to clean the shower. Get in shower and shower gel bottle is empty. I was lucky that I happened to have a bar of soap. Tried to eat my dinner but there wasn't a single fork. Silverware tray was filthy! Went to check out at 8:15 no front desk agent, housekeeping told me they never showed up for work. Took a business card and called manager, left a message, 4 days later still no return phone call. Sent an email to assistant manager with pictures and no response from hotel. I was told this hotel has been open 7 months! Shouldn't be this dirty! I stay at home 2 suites all the time and ones much older and they are much cleaner!!! I don't know that I will be staying at this chain anymore. Had 4 nights booked for Thanksgiving and I have cancelled and booked elsewhere. Customer service, well there was no customer service. Couldn't get a room w/ a tub and agent checked me in and didn't ask for CC card. When I asked about paying he said there was a card on file w/ Hotels.com so he used that without asking me if that is what I wanted to use.
Clean hotel. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing beside you and on the floor above you. The door to the room had a large gap at the bottom so the hall light shown in brightly. Easy fix with putting a towel there but it also allowed for a lot of exterior noise when people were passing by the room to filter in.
Breakfast isn’t served until 7:00 a.m. so for those who have to leave earlier that’s kind of a bummer.
The property is clean and our room was very nice. However the morning of our checkout my daughter had a seizure 20 minutes before we were due to leave and she’s never had one before. Needless to say this was a medical emergency and something we had no control over. We did call the front desk to let them know what was going on after calling 911, and the staff had absolutely ZERO compassion. Speaking to a manger didn’t get very far either. We ended up only being about 15-20 min past checkout but we were told we had to be out because the room was booked after us. Their staff could have handled the situation much better.
Bed sheets were pissed on and havent been changed before we arrived. Rooms were not vacuumed or clean. Got moved to another room abmnd that room had gummy bears still on floor as well as other debris. Clearly the cleaning staff is not doing their job.
