Our suite was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The entire staff was friendly and attentive! We enjoyed the Pivot bar and restaurant. The bartenders were personable and wanted the guests to relax and enjoy. The food was delicious, and the outside terrace was a great spot. The continental breakfast was the best we've ever experienced! Lots of options and fresh food. Amazing! The staff attending to the breakfast was amazing as well! They went above and beyond and took pride in their work! Great hotel and great stay!

Perfect Fever Getaway

Everything was great. Room was good and breakfast was amazing. Just across the street from Gainbridge fieldhouse so it made it the perfect place to stay for the Fever game.

We stayed in a studio suite, and the room was perfect and way more than we expected it to be. The bar area and outside seating was great that evening and breakfast the next day was also amazing. We will definitely stay again.

We were in town for a Fever game. This is the best location for anything at Gainbridge. Room was good, could have been cleaner. Corners were visibly dirty but nothing we couldn’t handle. Elevators are extremely slow and stairs are only available during an emergency so after events it took a while. Would stay there again if going to a game.

Perfect for Family in Downtown Indy!

Stayed just one night for the Colts game - this was terrific proximity to stadium, dinner and great for family with small kiddos. Highlight was the breakfast which was perfect for kids and adults and the onsite parking that we could do during game and overnight! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming - we will definitely stay again !

Great stay at comfortable, clean hotel

We stayed at the Hyatt House Downtown Indianapolis for two nights in August 2025 to go to a Colts-Packers football game. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and met all our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, in the heart of the restaurant and bar district near Lucas Oil Stadium. I recommend this hotel.
