Stood here for two days with no TV working no dining experience in their restaurant because it was a private event was told I can go somewhere else and eat and I’m disabled so I had to take a Lyft anywhere I wanted to go yeah there’s restaurants near, but I can’t wal that far. Couldn’t watch the TV to watch the game because I had no TV working. There was no microwave in my room. Had to go all the way downstairs from the 14th floor to the second floor go to the microwave, which was really filthy I had to go back in my elevator go back up to the 14 walk back to my room, which was very inconvenient. Will not ever be staying there again. Wouldn’t suggest anybody to stay there if they’re having a big event they should’ve made other arrangements for people that wanted to share a nice little dinner downstairs instead of having to leave the hotel. I was told that I could order food from the kitchen, but I have to go back in my room and eat it. Why would I wanna sit in my room and eat a nice dinner when I can go home and eat and my own room. They also said that they gave me many options. No, they should’ve never took my card if they would’ve told me before that that there was gonna be events for both days I would’ve never rented that room. I didn’t have it on the website that the restaurant was gonna be closed for those two days because believe me why would I stay there and that my tv wasn’t going to work downtown Indianapolis Hyatt, a fat zero
