Clean, great customer service, they worked with me as to allowing me to pay late due to me getting off work past check out. I appreciate the understanding of the worker's. I would recommend this hotel. And I rate it 10 star

First thing right off the top when we got there, the sink was broke underneath the bottom our TV only had one station didn’t work didn’t come in the bedspreads were dirty. The people that work there the customer service people are hateful.

This property looks good from the outside but everything else is terrible. Keys kept locking me out and I had to come down 5 times , there was no AC, I was forced to open windows and turn off the heat for fresh air. Although front desk staff was not rude but they don’t seem to have any solution other than the key reinstatement. It felt like the home for the homeless of the city. People were sitting with their bags and belongings in the hallway. Everywhere was smelling so bad. Total waste of money and time. I won’t recommend this hotel to my enemy unless the way it is managed changes.
