Good hotel
Very clean room. Beds were comfy and clean. We did a bedbug inspection...as I do at all hotels....and it is bug free. Our tv was messed up and they brought a different one in. No big deal but very nice of them. Breakfast was basic...waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, bagels,fruit, cereal. Good enough for breakfast. Overall very good for the price. And we are picky when it comes to hotels.

Ok for quick stay
They were kind I was extra tured from childrens Riley hospital. Couldnt find my reservation but found it in a bit. Room had fruit loops on floor plus someone's left behind socks. Seems ok clean. Carpet not so much. Breakfast was very nice too. Not bad for the age of hotel and price.

The price was good in comparison during big events, staff was polite, & it was quiet. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty: floors dirty, sheet with cigarette holes, bed spread dirt stained at bottom, dirt hanging down from vent over bath tub.

Too small.
Room was really tiny for having a king sized bed. No table or light near the comfy chair. Only room for one person at the table. VERY loud air conditioner. No fan in the bathroom.

The hotel desk was manned by one individual, a foreigner whose accent was strong I literally could not understand a thing that was said. Once I made it to the room, unpacked and was readying for bed, I found that the sheets had not been changed. There was some kind of greasy splashes all over them. We had to strip the bed and ask for new sheets. Once it was stripped, we found that the mattress and pad had urine and blood stains on them.

Hotel staff was some of the friendliest and most accommodating staffs a hotel can have. Felt right at home and the sweet lady that runs the breakfast service was an absolute sweetheart, always great leaving for the day after a good breakfast and good vibes

Management and Front desk staff is horrible and extremely rude. My family will never stay at this hotel again. While the room was decent staff can ruin any establishment. They should take customer service classes.

Not a place to stay!
We called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving late as we had a 10 hour drive to get there. Their response was “yah yah that’s fine”. Then a few hours later I got a call asking if we were coming or not. When we arrived at 1 am they gave us a room that had NOT been cleaned. The beds had been slept in, all the towels were dirty, and there was garbage in the room. So we requested a different room, that room had clean beds but there were dirty towels all over the bathroom. We had to leave before 6 am so I looked for a to go item, I was told, “breakfast doesn’t open until 6 but I suppose you can have an apple”. It felt like I was asking a lot to have an apple, I wish there were options to get a to go breakfast items since we spent almost $260 for the less than 5 hour stay in a half cleaned room.
