Great staff! Loved the available amenities, they have their own scent, shampoo, cleansing gel, mini bar (which I do not see those at Hilton's/Marriots) - and the convenience of restaurants just downstairs or a few steps aways. There was also a massage company next door. No vehicle needed. Would love to stay at their other properties. Smelled amazing, too!

Great Service, Beautiful Hotel

Rooms are beautiful and clean. Easy self parking or you can valet. Also dog friendly which is such a plus! Front desk was very helpful in getting us ice and helping with a snafu with room service. Will be coming back!

Nice, clean property with great customer service

The property is conveniently located to the Keystone Fashion shopping area and is a reasonable drive to Butler University. The guest room was very clean and well maintained. There is ample parking (outdoor) as well as valet parking available. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor, Rize, is good and opens at 7:00 AM. There are many other dining options available in close proximity.

The staffing was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and kept in excellent order. The room design was industrial modern and made for a great stay. Only complain in that regard is that the latch for the mini fridge gate did not always latch so you had to make sure it closed.

This was an overnight stop on our roadtrip to Chicago from Atlanta. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable: comfortable bed, excellent shower. Ability to get morning coffee/room service was great. We were pleased to have so many restaurant choices within the building and also immediate walking distance. We enjoyed a late dinner at Sangiovese and brunch at Rize. We put this hotel on our RETURN list. Staff was also friendly and helpful.
