This is my go to property for Indy. The rooms and amenities are fantastic..some of the best in Indianapolis. Really good restaurants nearby and a great mall. Fantastic experience.

We travel a lot. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review. This was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. We were put in a room on the same floor as the lobby. Access to the rooms was gained through an access door that goes between the common area and the hotel rooms. The door slammed all night. There was no soundproofing to the room, as there is a huge gap below the door. The hotel staff was aware of the problem, but thought it was ok to put us in that room. The second night of our stay, a wedding took place at the hotel. The entire wedding party was on our floor. We were the only ones not in the wedding party. They were gathered out in the hallway partying the entire night. Came to Indiana for medical appointments. Paid over $500 to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, and got zero hours of sleep. Was told by the staff that it was our fault because we didn’t say anything. Also, no vending machine on the entire property. I completely don’t understand the hype of this place. Absolutely disappointing

The design of property and rooms is great. They ask about special occasions as we were there for our 47 yr. Anniversary. They gave us a bottle of complimentary wine. We may like a little softer bed and pillows but it wasn’t like we wouldn’t go back because of that. Thank you Ironworks.

We stayed in the Legacy Suite and loved everything about the room. The views, the amenities in the room, the bed and linens were excellent quality, we took advantage of the mini-bar, and overall layout of the room were all exceeding in expectation. We also enjoyed that there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance and did partake in a drink at the bar onsite in the hotel. While it’s a bit of a drive to downtown for events, the hotel is worth it to me.
