Beautiful hotel
The view from the room, floor 33, was top notch, the food was amazing! Room service was so kind and accommodating to my husband who is allergic to feathered pillows. My one and only annoyance, not really complaint, would be that house keeping knocked on the door at 9:30am, then again at 10am, and again at 10:30am even with a do not disturb sign. The people in the room across from us also has a do not disturb sign and had to tell house keeping that they didn’t check out until 11am so we all felt rushed.

Best hotel view in the city, with easy access to any amenity that you might need. Service is fast and thoughtful, rooms were spotless. Concierge was kind and quick to answer every question. Nowhere we'd rather stay when we visit Indy.

Parking in the hotel’s garage was a challenge. It took over 30 mins to find a spot. We had prepaid so going elsewhere was not an option. After parking, we headed to our room and our key card would not work. It turns out the front desk clerk had given us the wrong room number.
