Concert stay
We love the JW. Having an indoor, secure walk to and from Lucas Oil is a huge plus. The room and public areas were very clean and service was impeccable.

FFA national convention trip
Front drive staff was very helpful directing us on parking options, helping get us unloaded and having a luggage cart with staff help us up to our room. Front desk check in was seemless, and our room was clean and in good shape. One of the restaurants was under renovation, so dining options were less than optimal, but food we did get was good. Not really a fan of having to go to the second floor for ice and use of a microwave, for the price we paid each night, but that's really a logistics issue, not related to the level of service.

Booked a an executive King suit. Checked in at 930pm and requested not to be placed under the 31st floor lounge (noisy). The front desk person said, “You checked in late, you get what you get”. We were placed in an accessible room with a queen bed under the lounge. The hotel is noisy. We’ve been here dozens of times and the last couple times the experience hasn’t been great. Time to find new accommodations when staying in Indy.

Only I can say The hotel gym was good and spacious however the room was very noisy from the near rooms same floor and above as it seems is not sound proof I can hear the shower next room even noice from the street side police ambulance people though it was 20 th floor
