Had 2 rooms reserved for me & family. The first room I got had a continuously running water tank- it was as if someone kept using the bathroom every 2 mins. Got that room changed and was placed next to the electrical room. Heard a humming all night long. Tried to contact reception, but phone in room was "charging" and did not work. Worst of all is that self-parking costs $55/night (as expensive or more than NY/Chicago). However, there are FEW spaces, which are SHARED with 3 other (cheaper) hotels: Fairfield Inn, Courtyard and Spring Hill suites. Paying so much $$ to fight for a space is ridiculous, especially when the other hotels charge less. OK, the view is good but it is not worth $310 PLUS parking. Massive hotel with no personality nor attention to details. Biggest dissapointment ever. If anybody reads this review, check out the cut paste response from management which is repeated through similar critical reviews. Sorry!! INDY, you deserve better.

This hotel inadvertently gave another guest key card access to our room, and that person entered our hotel room unexpectedly. It was very traumatic for both my boyfriend and me, as it was late in the evening and we were in a comprising position at the time the other guest entered the room with the key card. We reported to the hotel manager immediately. I also sent a message to Marriott on their website but have not received a response. Very disappointing because this is a beautiful hotel and has been one of my favorites; however, such mismanagement that leads to a privacy breach is absolutely unacceptable.
