Overall I'm glad I got a partial refund. The management was kind and understanding but my room had issues. Sorry to say I'll be keeping this experience in mind moving forward when choosing a stay.

Check in is too intrusive and long winded. Make it easier and do not ask for so much personal information!!! Too long to check in multiple rooms due to extended questioning. Worker is courteous and knowledgeable but procedure from the hotel is horrendous. Hotel is under renovation so it is a bit confusing staying in different buildings etc. Rooms were very clean and nice. Will update on breakfast quality.

Air circulation was an issue. It was wonderful to walk into a coll room on a hot day but everything felt damp, even clothed laid out in the morning. On the plus side, the bedding was fabulous and so comfy!

There were brown spots on the bottom of the shower curtain, a large red stain in front of the bed, spiders within the room, trash was not taken out from previous clients staying, and the room phone was neither plugged in nor labeled for the correct room (Stayed in room 338 with a landline phone that stated 322). It was spacious, but the bath tub was hard to stand in. There was nothing to prevent slips and it pooled in the middle of the tub. The elevator broke down as well, but the location was decent for what I was attending. I wouldn't stay here again as a first choice, but it's better than driving more than an hour.

Definitely not worth the amount we paid. Prices were probably inflated for all the events in town. It needs a lot of work. Location was good for attending a Fever game. Easy drive to the venue.

Floors and walls throughout property and our room were dirty. Smelled like weed everywhere. Front desk staff were great. Never saw housekeeping. Dirty towels were not replaced during our stay. Limited TV options. A/C worked great too. Real stretch to call breakfast a breakfast. Maybe if you are 12. Waffles were basically the only option and if that is all that is going to be offered need 5 machines.

Absolutely one of the worst stays at a hotel I have EVER had. Very unhelpful staff, rooms and hallways smelled HORRIBLE and literally over half of the item that should be equipped in the room were not!

Very bad experience

Stains on the carpet, broken doors, disgusting terrible smelling bathrooms. The sheets were the so itchy and uncomfortable. To top it off the breakfast was a joke, no variety and very little food in general and we were the first people there. Very bad experience

No regular housekeeping (apparently you have to request it and no one knew). Ran out of clean towels so I couldn't even shower on my last day there. When I requested housekeeping I found my beds with dirty stained sheets and no comforter on. The old comforters were piled on the desk in the room where I had my belongings. The trash wasn't cleaned out and they didn't sweep the bathroom/ tile floor. The night staff was not helpful when I brought this up.

Absolutely awful experience

The room was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out during my four day stay. There was no television remote in the room. The phone in the room to call the front desk had no dial tone and did not work. The hard boiled eggs for breakfast were not cooked properly at all. When they were broken open the white of the egg simply fell out and leaked everywhere. The was often no coffee or other beverages available for breakfast. The bagels were okay but often ran out within an hour of breakfast starting. I was provided with no fresh towels and had to walk down to the front desk to get more. The elevator looked like it might break down at any moment and at times was partially opened so the stairs were used the majority of the time. See photos for how the elevator looked. I tried to book the other la Quinta inn when I made the booking over a year ago but some how ended up in the airport La Quinta. It was difficult to sleep because of all the planes flying overhead. Overall it was an awful experience, I hope to never stay at a hotel that is as run down as this one was. I would not recommend the La Quinta on executive road to anyone ever. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
