The common spaces in this hotel were filthy. The tiled area in the hallway was literally sticky underfoot and the halls and stairways looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in forever. Our room was OK at best - I wish I had shower shoes for walking around the bathroom. Would not recommend.

Room was cramped. The airport shuttle did not run after 10pm, a fact which was not told to us prior. When we checked in, we were told to come down to the front desk by 6:00am to request use of the airport shuttle that day. We did so and were told that we needed to request it by 10pm the night before. When we protested, the front desk called the shuttle and made arrangements for us to be picked up at 7:00am. Very frustrating.

We have stayed in La Quinta hotels before in other cities but this was the worst experience ever. Hotel staff were rude, the hotel was ran down, one of the towels in the room was completely wet and folded as if it was ready for use - disgusting. Breakfast was so horrible that we couldn’t even eat it. While we were checking out two other families were also complaining about their experience at check out. Don’t stay here. There are many better hotels around. We will never come back.

The lobby was gross very dirty smelled kind of mildewy. Went in the first room on the first floor, and there was mold seeping from behind the grout around the tub; carpet was stained so bad requested a new room because I don’t like first floor rooms, then went to the second room. The carpet was atrocious. I asked for a vacuum and I was told that the housekeeping was gone. I said I’ll do the vacuuming. He said he was going to come up with the vacuum, never did. I looked under one of the tables And there was a huge dead bug under there and I ended up leaving just a few hours later. it was absolutely disgusting. Do not go here if you were trying to have a nice peaceful night it was so uncomfortable and the exhaust fan was so loud and there was no smoke detector. It was an open hole in the ceiling with wires capped off.

This is just an average hotel. They take a $100 security deposit upon arrival for incidentals and damages. They will nit pick your room when you leave so be warned you may not get the deposit back. The free breakfast is limited mostly carbs, they had a few cold hard boiled eggs but everthing else was wafles, bagels, and toast. A few pieces of fruit and orange juice. They also had 2 cereals corn flakes and raisin bran.

The hotel overall was clean. However, we were a little uncomfortable with the level of soiling in the rooms carpet and certainly did not want to make contact with it. The stains were visable and large, carpet cleaning in the room was long overdue. However, no odors were present. The remote for the TV worked intermittently. The shower head was quite loose and shot water all over the walls outside the shower but the water was good and hot. The room was not that spacious ut did make for a comfortable nights sleep.

This hotel was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in in over 20 years. It was filthy and the door handles were broke. One of the pillows had yellow stains. It does not look like it had been cleaned in weeks.

I had a great stay at LaQuinta Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing night. The staff was welcoming and made check-in a breeze. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning; it had a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. The location was convenient and easy to get to, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a solid and affordable choice—I’ll definitely stay again!
