You get what you pay for a bit. The hotel has all the amenities and bare necessities you would want. But there was not always someone at the front desk if an issue arose. Everyone was helpful when they were there though.

Do not stay here. If I was Wyndham I would pull my name off that building. Hallways are trashed, stairwells dirty, elevator broke, stains in room carpet…. I didn’t dare look further. Barely wanted to put my bags on the table. Other hotels knew how bad this one is. They were not shocked at all. Don’t stay here

Disgusting. Stay away.

There were crumbs in one bed, the laminate floor was sticky, the carpet was wet, the other bed had cigarette burn holes in it, the towel holder was broken off the door. The "complimentary breakfast" was rotten hard boiled eggs and stale bread. The only plus was the waffle maker. The entire place stunk of cigarettes and weed. It was filthy and if we were going to be in town for more than 13 hours I'd have went somewhere else. DO NOT waste your money at this garbage dump.

Dirty and Nasty, DON'T STAY HERE!

Do Not Stay HERE! It is not clean. Check-in was fine, guy was kind enough but don't ask for a 3rd towel or you will be denied no matter if you have kids or not. 1 extra towel was a problem & he stood on business & refused to give me the towel. Bed was comfortable enough but sheets were stained and dirty. At a glance the room looked clean. But when the lights came on there was coffee on the nightstand, all types of hair in the bathroom from dark to blonde and short n' curlies on the floor. Shower curtain dirty with more hair. Toilet seat wiped but around the toilet had dried urine & more hair. Above toilet paper there's poo splatters and random boogers all over wall. If I shat beside the toilet it would be there a year from now if I returned. Phone in room broken so I told the guy at the counter can they please clean the room. I told him about the toilet urine & hair everywhere. He made a note of it. I come back later that night and Lo & Behold, the piss & hair was still there but everything else wiped & bed straitened. I stayed here a few times the past 3 years back when they were renovating the place. It was clean then because everything was new. They just don't giva F about being clean. Fellas, DO NOT BRING A LADY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay at the Wyndham across the way, a little more but you're paying for a peace of mind. I'll close with the pre-response that they seem to use on everyone. "Thank you for your feedback. We will look into your concerns."

If you value your safety DO NOT STAY

I stayed for 3 nights and I never had my room cleaned refreshed trash taken out or new towels during the entire stay. I also noticed there was a random pill on the floor of my room along the baseboard. I’m a nurse and know better than to attempt to touch this with bare hands but many others have small children staying with them which could have consumed the capsule. Also the elevator inspection is past due and quite worrisome for safety reasons. Sadly I was hoping this facility would have been much better but I will not be recommending this facility to anyone despite having several overnight trips needing scheduled within this area.

Staffing was horrible. Still have not received my $100 refundable deposit. Elevator was always broken and my husband cannot walk up and down stairs due to being handicapped. Management would not change our room. We were told that management was aware of the elevator and it was being handled but we never saw anyone there working on it.
