This hotel should not be connected to the Wyndham chain. We rented 4 rooms at this location for a weekend in Indianapolis. It was extremely run down, the one lobby couch and chair were stained and old. The included breakfast bar was far from being even remotely hygienic. The rooms were extremely dirty, inches of dirt and dust on floors and windows. Cockroach and bugs noted on walls and floor. The linens in each of the rooms were stained with bodily fluids. This was disgusting, and should be shut down. We slept on top of the beds with our clothes on as there was not a hotel that could accommodate our group of 10 (adults and kids) The parking lot had vagrants and persons sleeping in their cars, broken glass everywhere. We left running!
It was about 95 degrees outside when we got to the hotel. It was not much cooler in the room. We finally got the room cooler, as the sun went down. The room had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Room wasn't the cleanest. Noticeable paint chips on carpet, amongst other dirt. We expected it to be a 2 star hotel from the get go. Our expectations were met. We just didn't want to bring any nastiness home.
This Hotel was filled with many questionable people and the outside appearance was terrible looked like a lot of drugs going on in that hotel could smell of wacky tobacco this property should be closed We did not feel safe staying there. But I had already booked it and couldn't get a refund. Would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. There wasn't enough towels no Kleenex no 1 small bar of bath soap. The bathtub looked like they tried to paint it and never finished it. There should standard for all hotels in my opinion.
Computer was down and took 30 minutes to check in. DIRTY, trash bags in the hallway. Hot hallway, Elevator broken and had to take stairs with our luggage.
The hotel hallway smelled so badly, I had to cover my nose from the horrible smell. The vending machine only took coin change! Who carries around coin change?!? The bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall. There was a long strand of hair in one of the towels. I put my shoes on every time I needed to walk in the room because I was afraid to have my feet touch the carpet. It was not a good experience. Never again!
This hotel was severely run down. The carpet was disgusting and dirty. The 2nd floor hallway had many water damage leaks, with currently active leaks dripping.
The hotel rooms had lots of paint damage wear on all of the doors and walls. Black mold in the tub. We saw active roach activity. The beds didn’t have much for mattress protection from bedbugs and all the pillows were stained yellow from drool.
Avoid this hotel at all cost
The room was awful, mold smelling and disgusting.
Rust all in the bathroom and during my stay, water was leaking around multiple air units throughout the hotel. Towels and water everywhere. Constant beeping in the morning from the waffle makers which seemed to be the only think working. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel
Honestly, this place needs to be condemned. There are chunks of the walls missing, plug sockets that spark or don’t work at all. The side doors are all smashed at the locks so they don’t actually close. The rooms smell awful and are full of mold and all sorts of other funk. The ice machine spilled water over the ENTIRE hallway and there was a single towel to “mop” that up. They told us at check in that they didn’t have any housekeeping. There was 1 set of towels in the room for 4. Our door didn’t even lock or have the extra flip safety lock cuz that was broken too. The breakfast is limited to 2 types of cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was broken. The coffee was nasty. The parking lot is cracked and pot holes everywhere. wish I had looked at the customer reviews before staying here. The ONLY thing convenient was the fact that it’s 10 minutes from the airport.
It was terrible. Had roaches mold. Just dirty tub is very, very flexible not comfortable at all had to call for trash can towels stained. Not fit for a animal.
The hallways had bad oder/very stuffy-musty small and felt dirty. Poor lighting in hallways. We were missing hand towels in the bathroom- there was just two bath towels and one wash clothe. More disturbing was seeing live cockroach running on the furniture. The need to really make some renovation. The staff was nice and courteous.
It was false advertisement the pool was out of order the rooms were dirty and out dated the carpet was nasty. We had to switch rooms because the window was broken and didn’t lock. It smell like wet dog in the hotel the ground keep was awful garbage cigarette buds.
