DISGUSTING
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm for our concert (check in at 3 and gates opened at 4:30). We had planned on getting ready quick then heading to the concert. We arrived and we're told it was a 30 minute check in waiting because the people in our room didn't check out until 2.5 hours AFTER check out. We get to our room and it's DISGUSTING. The sheets, pillows, comforter, and towels looked like they were just refolded and NOT NEW OR CLEAN. do not stay here. There wasn't even a manager available or in the city. Not even reachable by phone. VERY disappointed that our night was nearly ruined by this hotel.

Check in was great. We knew it would be busy so expected to have to wait, especially after my early check in request was denied. Much to my surprise the check in staff was well prepared and we were able to check in to our room early. We booked 2 queen beds but only got one king which was annoying but there were only two of us so we just dealt with it. The elevator was out of service but I didn’t deduct stars for that because they did alert us ahead of time and it wasn’t a deal breaker. The real issues were in the morning. FOUR SEPARATE TIMES MEMBERS OF HOUSEKEEPING TRIED TO ENTER OUR ROOM WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING between 7 and 9 am. Check out is 11. Thankfully we had the security bar in place so they couldn’t open the door all the way. Then we went down for breakfast 30 minutes before breakfast ended. There were no plates, no coffee, and no one at the front desk to ask about it. When someone finally showed up behind the desk, it was the guy that tried to barge into my room unannounced the 4th time when I was able to make it to the door in time to tell them to stop trying to come in our room. 0/10, would not recommend.

An event in the area drove up prices for hotels I would normally choose, so I took a chance on this hotel because of its proximity to Lucas Oil. Room was good for what we needed. Location was okay. Parking is a perk. Elevators were out of service, but we were notified before check in and given an option to cancel without penalty. I would likely stay here again if I needed to.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean as were the sheets. Also offered breakfast service too. Only issue was that the elevator was broken which was inconvenient but they did offer a full refund if I wanted to cancel because of it. In the end, it wasn't a deal breaker. Plus, free parking while being near to downtown is great!

Cons: A text communication 3 days before arrival that, the elevator was out. No spots were available to park in the garage the entire weekend. Construction obscuring the entrance was wildly cumbersome for myself and uber drivers alike. Loads of street urchins and less desireable folk matriculating around the hotel also in the evening. Pros: Everything else was fine.

The only disappointing thing about this stay would be the elevator being down. I have a disability and the hike up the stairs wasn't great. Was offered to cancel for free but with 3 major shows in downtown, everywhere was booked out, and rates were hiked.

Washing machine was broken for the entire time and we needed to do laundry, the stairwell smelled like mold, our room was very humid and smelled funky .bathroom was not the cleanest. I was charged 96 dollars more than the price I was given. . Overpriced for the location and room. Spent 5 days in a similar hotel in Cincinnati for half the price before going to Indianapolis for 5 days. Pretty disappointing. Asked for a receipt at checkout. Printer was broken. They said they would email me the receipt but never did. Maybe because they charged me more than what I was quoted?

Property is old and tired. Areas of the hotel were not clean. Room was adequate but the odor from cleaning supplies was overwhelming. The only staff that seemed to be working were the two housekeepers.

Elevator not working in all of Hotel was warned aske for low floor as I have a bad hip and they did. However looking back could've booked somewhere else at the same rate or close to it and probably nicer conditions. Location is just far enough from the noise of downtown and clise enough to walk there.

Older property that had been refreshed recently. Over ok. Just be careful how much you end up spending on the place. Not worth more than $125. Pretty small room (nothing wrong with that, just be aware) Shower was pretty dirty, we chose to wear our crocs while in the shower. And the comforter on the bed was stained and appeared dirty AC unit was very loud and sounded as if it were grinding on something. It would dramatically start and stop to maintain the desired temp. Disappointed with the breakfast offering, we are at 8am, and nearly everything was out of stock.
