The hotel pool was very clean. The room however has several ants on the headboards and table tops. The staff was not very responsive to the issue regarding the ants and said they would spray and change the bedding while we’re out and if we see ants again they would change the room. We did see ants again in the headboard area of one of the beds but it was very late, so we just slept in the bed with less ants. There was no one around for checkout, so we were unable to alert the staff. Staff was very dry and not welcoming at all. Would not go back.

The exterior and common areas of the property appear adequate and clean from what we saw. When pulling the blankets back in our room, we noticed bugs on the sheets. I caught one in a cup and brought it to the front desk. He took a note for later that our room had bugs and was going to send us back to the room to stay with no other comment. I asked for a new room and did get that. Now my youngest child cannot sleep all night afraid he's sleeping in bugs. This new room is dirty and almost mid-remodel. Bathroom door is full of dirty hand prints and other dirty marks. Door trim is not the proper size as there is incomplete painted areas on the wall around the trim. Bathroom flooring apears not complete and/or baseboard trim is not proper as there are open holes to the subfloor that are uncovered. Very disappointing stay

Was a very nice, spacious room. The hallways were huge, but very warm. Although I can see it would save a tremendous amount of money not to air-condition them, especially since you're only in the halls for a minute or so between the elevators and hotel room. Would visit again.

We stayed for three nights and experienced no issues. It is a nice mid range hotel. We usually stay in a different hotel but it was sold out so we tried the Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised.

Loved staying on the 3rd floor again but it was like 1000 degrees. I was sweating from the elevator to my room. Otherwise everything was amazing!
