The 2-night stay was great: clean, excellent breakfast bar. The only downfall was how NOT soundproof it was. Could hear everything in the hallways and outside interstate noise.

Fam & I stayed at this location for a whole week, requested fresh towels more than 3 times and never got them. Got woken up by the “manager” banging screaming on my room door, the room was dirty, there was bugs on the ceilings, bed & the sheets were dirty. Worse stay of my life.

The linens were very worn and definitely need to be replaced; bath mat edges were ragged and unraveled! The bedspread edges was unraveling! The upholstered chair in the room needs to be replaced; it was dirty and stained! When I brought the bath mat situation to the attention of the front desk person she started “We’re going to be remolding in October, but didn’t offer to replace the one in our room!,

One of the bath towels had brown stuff on it. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and needed to be replaced 10yrs ago. The hair dryer was missing from the room and the front desk couldn’t get us one because house keeping had not arrived yet.

Decent hotel
The room was good. Some of the furniture probably could’ve been replaced but understandable that it probably was a bit torn up due to kids/pets before I stayed there. Everything worked fine. Maintenance had to come up to replace a toilet seat due to it being broken, but it was a very nice and cozy room. Lobby was very clean, and breakfast was amazing.

They have complete amenities. Real breakfast food was served. Eggs were cooked differently everyday and I liked that. They have a large dining area. The hotel was big and wide. They had a conference room, a bar, a pool table and foosball. They had vending machines in different areas. The aisle was wide and each door was well lit. They had fitness room too. Staff were friendly and nice. They had a room also with treats for children. The location was close to different restaurants, Walmart and also beside a gasoline station. They had several Tesla charging stations. The hotel was well thought of.

I was very upset with the second person i talked with,. The first person( the day before we checked in) was very nice said she didn’t see a problem with us checking in 1:15 early. But to call the morning of to make sure, next day called and person on the phone said that tge hotel was very busy and that check out wasnt til 12:30 and she doesnt believe we will not be able to check in early. But cal when we wanted to. I did and no check in. HAd our great day. Mad we it there late. ( same person i talk to the day before ( i think her name was Cassie), was there and had so much fun with her. I know people have good days and bad days, but should not take it out on others. Like she did me.
