Room and Hotel common areas were very nice. Staff was great. We didn't have a great experience in the hotel restaurant. Slow service all the way around....and it was slow at the time. Other than that, was a great stay.

Nice place to stay for a concert or event at Lucas. Confusion in restaurant after concert due to being told no food is served unless you’re sitting at bar. Main person said absolutely not true, but we were kind over it at that point and just went to our room.

Hello, I did not stay recently at your hotel in Indianapolis.  I have contacted your customer service and they have a case open.  I have spoken to several reps and one tells me a refund will be issued back to my card as I did not stay at your property.  Another says it is still under investigation and could take 10 days.  I want this resolved and credited back to the card that was charged so I can close this case.  It is crucial this is completed as soon as possible.  I await your quickest reply.

Very upscale looking hotel at an affordable price. Parking is a little complex, they pack the parking lot like sardines so it can be hard to pull out of some spots as they park other cars behind. Overall was a great stay. Quiet, comfy and fun, and conveniently walkable.
