Motel 6 Indianapolis is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The entire hotel was cheaply made and poorly maintained. The corridor leading to the room I stayed in wreaked of weed the entire stay, there was no remote for the TV, and the hot water was just hot enough to keep you from freezing when turned all the way on. A homeless bum was allowed to stay the entire night in the entrance to the hotel. Poorly managed, at best. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

This was laughably bad
The check in process was just extremely long and tedious with the kiosk even though there was a man at the counter. Then after that long process I was sent to a room that was already occupied by another guest. That has never happened to me before in my life. I don’t understand how the rooms weren’t double checked. I finally got a second room at the very end of the second floor but after a short stay I left. I wanted some type of refund for the mix up but the man at the front desk didn’t seem to care too much. Just an awful experience.
